The rollover clips on the horizontal attachment connect to the horizontal strut of the pannier rack. They secure the pannier to the rack and ensure no jumping up while you are cycling. The lower clip is adjustable to fit the vertical strut of the pannier rack and ensures no swinging out. You can lock your Bikebin with our 100-key camlock and then secure it to your bicycle by threading your bike lock through the handle of the Bikebin.
